This is a simple light measuring meter. In this we have used a LDR, resistor of 1 K ohm and a milliammeter. When the light is incident on the LDR current through the circuit increases. Hence here the current through the circuit is directly proportional to the amount of the light. As the illuminance of light increases the current starts increasing. To get accurate reading of the illuminanace we have to calibrate the milliammeter for different conditions of illuminance.
